Short-crested Swamp Tyrant
The short-crested marsh tyrant is a species of birds from the tyrannous family. Endemic to Brazil, where the natural habitat of representatives of the species are temperate forests, subtropical or tropical humid mountain forests, as well as subtropical or tropical alpine shrubs.
Length about 18 cm. Male is bluish-black in color, but white feathers are also noticeable on the fly. The female is generally similar to the male, except for the brown stripes on the throat.
